Team Members
Team members are responsible for delivering great guest experiences while maintaining high food quality and service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing bowls and smoothie bar items
• Assisting customers with menu choices
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Supporting smooth café operations
Candidates with experience in healthy cafés, quick service restaurants, smoothie bars, or global cuisine concepts will be preferred.
Café Supervisors
Supervisors ensure smooth daily operations and maintain service standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing the service team
• Ensuring quality and speed of service
• Handling guest feedback
• Maintaining operational discipline
Previous experience in café management or restaurant supervision is preferred.
General Manager
We are also hiring a General Manager to lead operations at Nubo.
