Back of House (BOH)

We are hiring across experience levels for:

  • Commis 1 – Wok Section
  • Commis 2 – Wok Section
  • Commis 3 – Wok Section
  • Commis (All Levels) – Dimsum Section

If you’ve worked with high-BTU wok burners or understand the finesse of dimsum folding and steaming, you already know this isn’t entry-level cooking. This is rhythm, muscle memory, and fire control.


Front of House (FOH)

Guest experience at Má Là Kitchen is as sharp as the food.

We are hiring:

  • Bartenders
  • Stewards
  • Assistant Stewards
  • Hostess

We expect more than service—we expect awareness, product knowledge, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-expectation floor without losing composure.


Who Should Apply
